This is the old freeware version of HomeSite. Now a commercial product called (Macromedia HomeSite). 

Even though it's quite old, (1996) this free version is still great for all your HTML editing needs. 

It features syntax coloring, table editor, frame wizard, browser preview and a lot more. 

The program also includes the famous HomeSite Quick-Bar.  This is a tabbed navigation menu that allows you rapid access to the most commonly used tags  tools and wizards as well as your favorite applications.
